This website, shop-east.com (the "Site"), is operated by Shop East ("we", "us", "our") from Hong Kong. By visiting the Site or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Eligibility
By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Site with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Products
All Shop East products are made to order. Please note:
- Colors may appear slightly different in person than on your screen, and minor variations can occur between print batches. These are normal characteristics of print-on-demand products, not defects.
- We have made every effort to display product details as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your device's display is accurate.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product offerings at any time.
Orders and payment
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current purchase and account information for all orders.
Pricing
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time without notice. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy, both available on this Site and incorporated into these Terms.
Intellectual property
All artwork, designs, images, text, and other content on the Site and on our products are the property of Shop East and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product gives you ownership of the physical item only — it does not transfer any rights to the underlying artwork or design. You may not reproduce, resell, or use our designs without prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to violate any laws, to infringe on our or others' intellectual property, to transmit malicious code, or to interfere with the operation of the Site.
Third-party services
Our store runs on Shopify, and orders are produced and shipped through third-party production partners. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. The Site may contain links to third-party websites that we do not control and are not responsible for.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shop East shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shop East from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
