Refund policy

Every Shop East product is made to order — printed just for you when you place your order. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Instead, we stand behind the quality of every item we ship.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, has a print defect, or you received the wrong item or size (different from what you ordered), we will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

To make a claim, email us at hello@shop-east.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue
  • A short description of the problem

You do not need to send the item back to us.

Ordered the wrong size?

Because each item is printed on demand, we can't accept returns for sizing mistakes made at checkout. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you're unsure, contact us before you buy — we're happy to help. If a sizing mix-up does happen, reach out anyway; we'll always try to find a fair solution.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your tracking shows no movement or your order never arrives, contact us and we'll send a free replacement or issue a refund. Note: we can't take responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, so please double-check your details.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at hello@shop-east.com.
