Every Shop East product is made to order. When you place an order, it's printed and packed by our production partner network, then shipped from the facility closest to you — which means shorter delivery distances and a smaller carbon footprint.
Production time
Orders typically enter production within 24 hours and take 2–5 business days to print and pack.
Delivery time
After production, estimated delivery times are:
- Asia-Pacific: 3–8 business days
- North America: 4–8 business days
- Europe: 3–8 business days
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees — delivery can take longer during peak seasons or carrier delays. Exact shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If you ordered multiple items, they may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages.
Customs and import duties
We ship from local production facilities wherever possible, but some international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties set by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned or lost because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, we may not be able to offer a free replacement. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, email us immediately at hello@shop-east.com and we'll try to correct it before production.
Lost shipments
If your tracking hasn't moved for an unusually long time or your order never arrives, contact us at hello@shop-east.com — we'll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
